Downloading Your Purchased Products
After checkout you can download your product one of two ways. First you will be redirected to a receipt page at EE, which will have a link for you to click to download (see image below). Second, you are sent an email receipt which has a link for you to follow to download the product.
If you miss the redirect screen, that may be because your computer’s security settings are fairly high and it prevented the redirect. Or, perhaps you closed out after completing the purchase at Paypal. You can still download via the email receipt. If you do not see the email receipt, it is likely in your spam/junk mail because of the link embedded in the email. Check that folder before contacting us, please.
